OUR RETURN POLICY

If you have purchased any of our products within a 14 day period from our online store, and you are not completely satisfied, please contact us on hello@bumbleandivy.co.uk to arrange a return or refund of your purchase.

All goods returned must be in a perfect, unused and re-saleable condition, together with original product packaging. All postage charges for the return of product will be sole the responsibility of the purchaser, unless there is a product defect, or there was an error on our part when processing your order (‘Company Error’). In the case of a Company Error, Bumble & Ivy will arrange appropriate collection of your product to be returned to our head office at our charge. 

Bumble & Ivy will not accept any returns after 14 days, unless there is a product defect.    

Please note that colours of products displayed on your computer screen may vary from the actual colour of the goods you have purchased. Bumble & Ivy will not be held liable for colour variations caused by your computer monitor. Our return policy does not cover for issues resulting from colour variations caused from your computer monitor.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Bumble & Ivy is proud of its high product standards and uniquely engineered features. However, sometimes things can go wrong with our manufacture, and if you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product, we will be happy to refund you in accordance with our one-year warranty.

Our one-year warranty covers all our products against manufacturer defects, and excludes normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, slight colour variations, etc.
